Bachelor of Psychology of Work and Organizations

The undergraduate degree program in Work and Organizational Psychology is an option for those who challenge themselves to explain, assess and intervene human behavior in individual-organization interactions by proposing models, methods, and tools that are conducive to the person’s adaptation in and satisfaction with his/her work and also to the company’s production processes, aiming to make organizations more humane.   


To train psychology professionals in a personalized intercultural environment oriented to academic excellence. These professionals are prepared to understand and explain the interdependence between human behavior and organizations. They are also competent at facilitating processes of acquisition, evaluation, training, and development of human potential and at intervention based on psychological evidence and research, favoring the optimal development of the person-organization dyad, adapting to the demands of a changing global environment.

Student Learning Outcomes
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills to explain, evaluate and intervene human behavior in the individual-organization interaction.
  • Propose models, methods and tools intended to benefit the adaptation and satisfaction of the individuals in their work as well as the productive processes of the company, seeking to make the organizations more humane.
  • Demonstrate skills and abilities to assess the needs or the customer(s) based on their demand and their own psychological framework in order to develop and evaluate interventions in the areas of work and organizations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills for research, specifically in defining problems, questions, hypotheses and research objectives supported by a theoretical framework, in choosing the method and procedure as well as in the analysis of results and discussion thereof.​
