UDEM is the only institution in northeastern Mexico offering an undergraduate degree in Psychopedagogy. Faculty members of this program hold doctorates in curriculum studies, educational psychology, the teaching of mathematics, and literacy education. Additionally, students receive theoretical-practical training through agreements made with renowned educational institutions in the region (from preschool to university level). Objective
To train professionals who contribute to the study of the educational processes that take place in school and within the family context. They will collaborate with educational institutions to solve educational and developmental problems by capitalizing on the experience acquired in our own institution.
Additionally, they will open spaces for research, leading to the improvement of educational processes. They will also offer a space for training and qualification that draws on the intellectual capital of the university’s top-quality faculty, both in the area of education and in the areas of psychology, humanities, and the social sciences. Furthermore, they will continue UDEM’s 35-year-old tradition of offering up-to-date professional training in the field of education.Student Learning Outcomes
