The Universidad de Monterrey Automotive Engineering program has an innovative study plan that is divided into six blocks: Mechanical Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical Systems and Technology, Material Engineering, and Material Mechanics. The study plan also allows for specializations in Automated Processes, Materials, Advance Robotics that allow the student to tailor his or her study plan to fit his or her particular tastes and interests.
The Bachelor of Animation and Digital Effects academic program develops professional skills that enable students to design and provide innovative solutions derived from an excellent understanding of the needs of the clients to promote the creation of intellectual property.
The Civil Engineering program (ICI) has a very complete study plan that includes, apart from theoretic knowledge, the opportunity to gain professional experience through our professional internships and final evaluation projects. Our highly experienced faculty is widely recognized for their separate speciality in the field of civil engineering.
The Computer Technology Engineer Program offers sound practice supported by cutting edge technologies related to tracking and identification (Radio Frequency Identification - RFID), Web usability, design of business solutions, quality in software engineering, and mobile applications. All of these areas of knowledge have enabled our graduates to develop successful projects for companies that have been acclaimed in national and international competitions.
The Universidad de Monterrey Electronics and Robotics Engineering program has an innovative study plan that is divided into three blocks:, Electrical Design, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence Programming. The study plan also allows for specializations in Automated Processes, Electrical Design, Advanced Robotics, Embedded Systems, Telecommunications, and Advanced Networks that allow the student to tailor his or her study plan to fit his or her particular tastes and interests.
Of the Engineering and Technology Divison
The Industrial and Systems Engineer program is the most complete in this region and it is the most popular degree program at the UDEM. This area of study includes industrial engineering, quality control, manufacturing and logistics. Our ISS professors are highly recognized in the industry.
The prestige of the UDEM's Mechanical Administrator Engineering program has grown significantly due, in large part, to the success of our graduates, whom have achieved strategic positions in the industry. Their success is a result of the solid theoretical-practical formation they received at the hands of renowned faculty and the practical experience they gained at the Center for Technological Innovation. In addition, many took advantage of our exchange program to study at leading international universities in this field, including Rice, Konstanz University, and University of Texas-Pan American.
The UDEM Mechatronics Engineering Program was created in response to specific requests from the industry and is backed by the quality of its professors, the access to state-of-the-art technology, and a clear practical approach that enables students to participate in projects such as Mini Baja and the Tecnos award. Additionally, our students are pre-approved to participate in an exchange program with leading universities in the engineering field, such as Rice, Konstanz and UT (PANAM), among others.
