The tailor-made programs offered by UDEM Executive and Continuing Education respond to the requirements of each company by providing solutions through the detection of their needs and by offering alternatives to improve through training exclusively developed for the organization.

The first step is to jointly review the organization’s vision as a whole in order to obtain long-term information.  This will allow UDEM experts to identify future needs and analyze this information and current capacities. Based on the foregoing, a program or solution will be developed for the organization. This program or solution will provide immediate, measurable, observable results and generate initiatives that will encourage the organization to proceed with the continuous improvement plan.

Our services
  1. Workshop-course: It enables the development of design and action competencies related to innovations and reformations in social practices and service practices, as well as in private activities to be carried out in their free time.  Duration is less than 60 hours.
  2. Non-degree diploma course: It is a training modality which is offered in response to the growing need to motivate the workforce of any organization. It is made up of a number of sessions, with a minimum of 60 hours required.
  3. Competency certification: It evaluates and certifies the set of knowledge, abilities, skills, and attitudes that a person should possess, through our  UDEM certification model.
  4. Strategic alliances: UDEM Executive and Continuing Education, in collaboration with various world-renowned universities and organizations, offers participants the opportunity to broaden their perspective within a fast-paced changing context which demands new knowledge and a comprehensive vision of organizations in a globalized environment.
