Costs and Scholarships

Become familiar with our tuition and with the scholarships offered by various programs.

Tuition Costs

If you are a student from one of our partner institutions, you will not have to pay tuition at the UDEM. You will only pay tuition at your home university while studying at the UDEM.

If you are not sure if an agreement exists between the UDEM and your home university, please go to the international office at your home university. You may also contact us on this matter.

If no agreement exists between the UDEM and your home university, you will have to enter as an independent student (direct enrollment) and pay the tuition according to the number of credits for which you register.

Each course has a determined value in credits and for each credit there is a fixed cost. For example, if you study 4 courses of 6 credits each, you have a total of 24 credits. If each administrative credit costs $2,535.00 MXP (approximately $133.50 USD), you will pay tuition of $60,840.00 MXN (or approximately $3,204.00 USD).

Currently, the UDEM offers scholarships exclusively to students seeking an academic degree at UDEM.

If you are an exchange student, and you need a scholarship or financial aid, you could apply to an organization in your home state, university, or in your country of origin. The Mexican embassy or consulate in your home country can also provide information on obtaining funds to study in Mexico. You can also visit the Mexican Foreign Relations Ministry.
