At the ¡Lánzate! Center for Leadership and Challenge, we want you to “learn by doing”. To this end, we join efforts to offer you programs with which you can be completely satisfied.


We acknowledge the fact that each school and/or organization possesses unique characteristics that differentiate it from all others. Therefore, each of our programs is specifically designed to meet their needs.

We use “learn by doing” methodology. We encourage participants to take part in a series of activities that will help them to develop certain skills, in accordance with the objective set at the start of the program. After each task, instructors lead a reflection in which the group analyzes the lesson learned and how it relates to real situations in their work or study environment.

This methodology, which is applied at every level of the coaching for Transforming Leaders, is based on David Kolb’s model, used by international institutions such as Outward Bound, NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School), and AEE (Association of Experiential Education).
