The University Community Department offers free primary medical services to UDEM’s students, collaborators, and visitors through the Physical Education and Health Office.

Promoting self-care among members of the UDEM community through the identification and reduction of health risk factors, encouraging healthy life styles by fostering skills conducive to their development by means of the “Universidad Saludable” (Healthy University) program.

The objective of the Prevention Program is to offer members of the UDEM community a space that provides information that helps them develop skills against the psychosocial risks that young people are facing nowadays, such as the use and abuse of legal and illegal substances, emotional problems, and eating disorders.
