The Transparency Mailbox has been implemented to consolidate and guarantee the atmosphere of integrity that exists at the Universidad de Monterrey.
The UDEM is committed with living and teaching values on a daily basis within a framework of responsible freedom. This commitment provides the ethical basis for our regulations.
The following two documents comprise the foundational regulatory elements of our university:
- The Code of Ethics (applicable to all faculty and administrative staff working either directly or indirectly for the UDEM).
- The Students Regulations (applicable to all students enrolled at the UDEM).
We implemented the transparency mailbox to assure the continual conformity with all regulatory provisions. Its goal is to further strengthen the atmosphere of integrity at our institution.
The purpose of this mailbox is "to provide a communication channel enabling employees, students, and the community in general to report, either anonymously or non-anonymously, any violation of the institutional regulations and/or any situation that threatens the high level of trust and safety required by our institution".
All the members of the UDEM community share the responsibility of living and protecting the UDEM's values. Please communicate any comments or complaints concerning irregular events, situations, or behavior relating to any of the following topics:
- Abuse of authority
- Sexual abuse and/or harassment
- Conflict of interest
