IMPORTANT

Late registration
As of 9 January 2012, a late registration fee consisting of 4% of the total value of the semester is applied. This charge is independent of the selected payment method and considers the total value excluding the financial aid percentage, if there's any.
Pre-registration
(freshmen only)

To separate your place at UDEM Careers, it is advised to make a pre-registration payment of $ 4,000.00 pesos, which will be credited to the payment of your semester once the registration process is completed. The registration process must be completed before school starts (late registration policies apply).

Return policy in case of withdrawing:

  • Before the start of classes, retention of 10% in case of not having financial aid offer.
  • Before the start of classes, retention of 50% in case of having financial aid offer.
  • If classes have begun, no refund applies.
Health Insurance
  • The cost of UDEM Medical Insurance is $ 3,010.00 pesos.
  • If you have your own insurance, a copy of the Health Insurance policy's cover (or copy of valid discharge and credential in case you have IMSS service) and copy of the Insurance Information format must be presented in the CIAA.
Use of FFELP credit fee Applies to north American students who use FFELP credits (FAFSA)
Overdue installment fee

Automatically applied once the deadline for each installment has passed:

  • Professional: $ 650.00 pesos

Overdue installments (according to the payment option selected, the number of installments to pay varies): 

  • February 1, 2012 
  • March 1, 2012 
  • April 2, 2012 
  • May 2, 2012

IMPORTANT: If at the end of the semester there¿s any debt, interests at 1% per month will be applied.

Returned checks 20% of the check's value, plus any fees that result in prejudice to the UDEM.
Academic withdrawal

Return policy in case of withdrawal:

The following tabulator will be applied on the total cost of the semester, according to the payment method (scholarship does not apply in these cases): 

  • 10% retention if the withdrawal is formalized before school starts. 
  • 12% retention for each week of classes that has passed.
