To enroll in Undergraduate Programs UDEM, please follow these steps:

Please deliver the following required documentation to the Student Information and Attention Center (CIAA):
- Your completed application for admission [Application in PDF format]
- 4 black and white ID card size photographs, with your name written on the back
- A copy of your birth certificate
- A copy of your CURP [Population Registry Unique Code]
- A copy of of an official ID of the person in charge of paying the tuition and fees
- Full or partial transcript from your high school, or a letter of completion of studies issued by your school, with the GPA obtained.
You must present the original of the following documents when you make your definitive enrollment:
- Birth certificate
- Original or legalized secondary school certificate.
- Original or legalized preparatory school certificado.
If you are abroad, check out the specific paperwork that you must submit.
The admission test we use is the Scholastic Aptitude Test (PAA), which measures verbal and mathematical areas.
You must score at least 1,000 points on the entrance exam, and at least 450 on each area (except Doctor in Medicine and Dental Surgeon, where you need 1,150 points).

You have two opportunities to pass the AAT. If you do not pass it on the first try, you must wait at least one month before taking it again.
If you get at least 1,000 points in the PAA, but your score on the verbal reasoning or mathematics section is between 450 and 499 points, you will be able to attend the UDEM, as long as you take the following courses (non-credit curriculum):
- For Mathematical Reasoning section, you must credit the course "Logic, Arithmetic and Algebra"
- For the Verbal Reasoning section, you must credit the course "Written Communication Skills"
PAA at other institutions
If the exam is at another institution, the test will be valid if you give an official record which mentions the score on each of the areas and the global one. It is valid for one year. We accept the SAT score if you give the original report and you meet the minimum score required, equivalent to the PAA.
3. Take the English test
By taking your English exam, we will know your level to place in the perfect course for you: remedial, basic, intermediate or advanced.

The schedule for taking the test is Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
You are not required to take this test if your primary language is English or if you graduated from Bilingual or Bicultural Baccalaureate from the Prepa UDEM in the immediately preceding semester.
*Fee on account of English level placement process $500 pesos.
You will be charged automatically, upon payment of registration.
4. Check your entrance exam grade
Remember that must obtain at least 1,000 points on the Academic Aptitude Test in order to pass.

5. Submit your pending paperwork
After you know the outcome of your admission exam and have passed, submit the following documentation (original ones) at the Center for Information and Care for Students (CIAA) to complete your admission to the University:
- Birth Certificate
- Secondary school certificate
- Preparatory School certificate
If you graduated from the Prepa UDEM, you don't need to deliver these documents. If you do not have the school certificate legalized by the Ministry of Education, submit the full transcript or copy of proof of completion of studies.
The deadline to submit these documents is 20 days after the first day of school, otherwise, your college acceptance will be resigned and your semester will not be valid.
The pre-registration payment can be made once the Academic Program Director has designed and delivered you your class schedule.
Pay your pre-enrollment according to one of the following options:
- By check, credit or debit card, or cash at the Student Information and Attention Center
- By internet, by logging on with your account and password to the Portal UDEM
- By printing a deposit slip in the UDEM Portal and making your payment at Banamex, Banorte, or Santander

7. Prepare your course schedule
To set your schedule, request an appointment with your Academic Program Director, who will advise you.

- By check, credit or debit card, or cash at the Student Information and Attention Center
- By internet, by logging on with your account and password to the Portal UDEM
- By printing a deposit slip in the UDEM Portal and making your payment at Banamex, Banorte, or Santander

9. Attend the induction course
The event Gente UDEM is your welcome to the University. In order to know the services and resources you have as a student of the institution, and to integrate with your generation, it is advised you attend the event Gente UDEM, which takes place one week before the start of the semester.
The event is free and aims to make you feel part of the University since before classes begin.
Your parents also attend the event to see the facilities and answer any questions regarding your upcoming college life.
