Scholarship Acceptance

You will be informed by a representative from the UDEM Graduate Degrees Admissions if you have been awarded financial aid.

Follow the procedure to look up the financial aid results: 

  1. Log on to the UDEM Website by entering your user's name and password.
  2. Click on the "Services" tab.
  3. Select the "Financial Services" option
  4. Click on "Financial Aid"
  5. Next, choose the "Consulting Financial Aid" option*
  6. Choose the term to which you will register and click on the "Submit" button.
  7. Once you have looked up the percentage offered, select either the "Accept" or "Reject" option, as the case may be, and click on the "Submit decision" button.
  8. Make your payment for the Financial Aid process by accessing the service cart from your account.
  9. Go to the CIAA Center to sign the Financial Aid acceptance letter so you may pay the $4,000.00 pre-registration fee.
Pay the entire registration fee before the first day of classes.
