The following requirements must be meet to enroll in a Graduate Degree Program at the UDEM:

1. Send us your contact information.
2. Hold a college degree with a minimum average of 7.0 (a C average).
3. Have working experience. Please review the specific work requirement for the program that interests you.
4. Attend an interview with the Director of the Graduate Degree Program you have chosen. Deliver your updated résumé (this may sent by e-mail to: posgrados@udem.edu.mx) and, for the Graphic Design Master's Degree Program, a work portfolio*.
5. Submit the Application for Admission. To review the information and documents that will be requested, please go to Application for Admission [PDF format] or to the Step by Step Guide.
6. Pass the Graduate Studies Admission Test [Prueba de Admisión para Estudios de Posgrado (PAEP)] with a minimum of 500 points and take an English diagnostic exam. Look up dates and fees.
7. If you are a foreigner, you must submit a copy of your Immigration Form (FM3).

Note: For foreigners, the first three documents (**) must have the following features:

• Be certified by a notary public from the country of origin.
• Be certified by the State Government Certifications Department of the country where they were issued.
• Be legalized by Mexico's Diplomatic Representation (Embassy or Consulate) nearest to the place of the documents' issuance.
• For students from countries belonging to the "Hague Convention" Treaty, documents must bear an "Apostille" and, if they are written in a language other than Spanish, they must be accompanied by a legalized translation.

* A work portfolio must be delivered on a CD ROM, in PDF, PowerPoint 2000, HTML or SWF format and, if it includes attached documents, they should be in PDF, JPG, GIF or Word 2000 format. The CD files must be placed in a folder with the applicant's name and both the CD box and the CD must bear the applicant's name and contact information. This portfolio will NOT be returned.
