Today, UDEM activated a crisis management team and published a series of additional safety measures beyond the suspension of activities that concern all academic levels including continuing education activities:

 

1. All athletic, formative, cultural, and recreational events will also be cancelled. This also includes events programmed by third parties in UDEM installations.

 

2. Access to the installations has been cancelled until further notice for all teaching, research, and administrative staff. We ask them to visit our website (www.udem.edu.mx ), listen to Radio UDEM (90.5 FM), or call our switchboard (+52 (81) 8215-1000) for further information. We will update this information daily at 20h (8:00 PM).

 

3. We have reinforced sanitary and medical measures of precaution on campus, especially for the students in our residencies. The infirmary is staffed 24 hours.

 

4. We will stay in touch with our international students to make sure that they receive in a timely manner all the information and announcements of our political authorities or UDEM officials.

 

5. We ask our students, professors, and administrative staff to try not to fall behind in their activities. Please use, as much as possible, all the tools to work from home and to be attentive to new information.

 

6. We inform our current and future students that all administrative services continue being available on-line.
