This course aims to identify the key factors in visualizing, defining, testing, and exploring a business opportunity, through the comprehensive use of interdisciplinary tools.
Practical application of tools and techniques for the design of plans for the development and continuity of family businesses.
Students will evaluate financing sources for their PYMEs (SMEs)* and will obtain the resources they need. Additionally, the product and/or service will be tested in the market. The process will end when the students' enterprise has been legally established. *(PYME = Small and Mid-Sized Enterprises).
After finishing the course, students will be able to identify and analyze relevant corporate information inside and outside the organization and design evaluation control systems and business evaluations using various data sources in order to generate organizational value.
The aim of this course is for students to develop their ability to understand the bases and fundamentals of Human Capital Management in organizations in order to allow the students to visualize themselves as professionals in this area and inform them about the different areas that make up the undergraduate degree program in Human Capital Management.
