Six Universidad de Monterrey faculty members were awarded the title Professor Emeritus. One of them was Dr. María Gloria Carbajal Rascón, from the School of Education and Humanities.
“Thank you for this award. I am immensely grateful for participating in this wonderful educational project,” said professor Carbajal Rascón, who holds three master’s degrees and a doctorate.
Radio UDEM is the radio station of the Universidad de Monterrey.
It broadcasts music live 24 hours a day, with 3 thousand watts of power, on 90.5 FM, and online at www.udem.edu.mx/radioudem.
It airs informative and general-entertainment programs.
In the spring of 1995, a group of parents who had children with special needs asked the Educational Services Program of the Graduate Program in Education at UDEM to open a space for the academic growth and the development of these young people.
Since then, PISYE has grown and become stronger each year. At present, the inclusion program is part of the Education Department of UDEM’s Education and Humanities Division.

LSO faculty members hold doctorates in Art, Social Sciences, Philosophy, History, Sociology, and Theology. Therefore, we are recognized as the University of the Humanities at the national level.
