In this way, they will not only be able to develop programs but also to refer the individual to an appropriate specialist for treatment.

ED 3036 Learning Community Educational Project

The ultimate objective of this course is for students to design an educational center with the following components: an educational philosophy, an educational that defines the tenets, purposes, and aims of the institution, a teacher's profile, teaching methodologies and learning styles, a comprehensive evaluation system with minimum required educational quality standards, and learning feedback methods. Students should also be able to comprehend school regulations, and the institutions's compensation schemes for its personnel.

ED 3325 Developmental Disorders

Students will describe and compare normal human growth and develoment disorders as regards their biological, relational, cognitive, and personality factors. They will design programs to favor the success of comprehensive education for students with developmental alterations or disabilities.
