Issuance and Follow-up Process
1. Issuance: You can use any of the following methods to submit your suggestions, complaints, or comments:

Or, if you prefer it, you may drop your message in any of the physical mailboxes located on campus, at the preparatory school units (USP, UFU, UVA) and the different UDEM Centers (CETIA, ABRE, and CESADE).
Messages left in these mailboxes are collected every two weeks.
The following is the location of the physical mailboxes at the different preparatory school units and centers:
San Pedro Unit: at the Director’s Office
Valle Alto Unit: at the Director’s Office
Fundadores Unit: in the access area of the Administrative Building
Health and Development Center (CESADE)
Center for Innovation in the Design of Packaging, ABRE
Center for the Treatment and Research of Anxiety (CETIA)
2. Notice of receipt: If you provide us with contact information such as an email address or telephone number, a message will be sent to you to confirm reception of your suggestion/complaint and the message will be forwarded to the corresponding department.
3. Reply: If your suggestion/complaint requires a response, it will be sent to you via the same method used for the initial contact.
