Luisana Valtierra García

Vice President for Strategic Evolution and Administration

Luisana Valtierra García’s career at UDEM began in 2009 in the then-Department of Auditing and Legal Affairs, where she was responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and executing institutional projects. She has also served as Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs, Director of Strategic Planning, and Vice President for Strategic Evolution.


She is a proud ExaUDEM, holding a degree in Law and a Master's in Business Law, the latter obtained through a double degree program with Université Pantheón-Assas. She specializes in the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies, organizational management and leadership, and university law.


She holds certifications in Human Resource Management and the Future of Work from Wharton’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education, Human Resource Management from UDEM-ERIAC, and Gender Policies in Higher Education Institutions from the Inter-American University Organization. She is currently pursuing a diploma in Digital Transformation from MIT.


She is a member of the Executive Committee on Human Resources of the Federation of Private Mexican Higher Education Institutions (FIMPES), a board member of the Ibero-American Network for University Law, President of the Mexican Network of Legal Advisors for Higher Education Institutions, and a member of the Human Sense Committee of ERIAC Human Capital.
