Objective

This Specialization in Management, Leadership and Organizational Learning furthers the professionalization of students in the management of educational institutions, from a human and business approach, taking into account the different elements that make up educational organizations. 

In the program, the students will develop the most relevant administrative skills in the educational field, and they will have access to courses related to organizational culture and management, strategic planning in educational centers, and evaluation and change processes.
