CO 3111 Preparation for AMIB Certification

This course aims to analyze in depth some concrete topics regarding the knowledge necessary to obtain one of the different certifications designed by the Mexican Association of Stock Brokers (AMIB) to be certified as Investment Funds Promoter, Securities and Investment Funds Promoter, Advisor on Investment Strategies and Stock Market Operator. Upon conclusion of the course, students will have the opportunity to select one of the aforementioned certifications.

CO 3090 Financial Analysis of Foreign Investment Projects

The course aims to enable students to apply the knowledge acquired in the course such as investment decisions for investment projects and the financial evaluation of investment projects so that, based on the study of country risk, international financial markets, investment and financing alternatives, and economic analysis, they may be able to evaluate the financial feasibility of an international business project.

CO 3075 Topics in Corporate Finance

The aim of this course is for students to integrate acquired knowledge of corporate finance through research, field work, presentations, and the development of practical cases. Additionally, students will develop decision-making skills in the specific areas of financial planning, capital budget, valuation of securities and stocks, mergers and acquisitions.
