In 2023, we kick started the construction of Christus Muguerza Hospital - UDEM. This expands the network of teaching hospitals where our students can gain experience as healthcare professionals while also contributing to meeting the demand for medical attention in the Valle Poniente area.
We also increased the quality of education by implementing our UDEM Competency-Based Education Model, which consists of three components: Pedagogical Model, Curricular Model, and Training Model. Additionally, we designed 60 UDEM Certificates, which develop standards of knowledge and skills according to specific needs.
Furthermore, we promoted a culture of well-being among other universities by creating the Verification Document for the Health and Well-being Promoting University Distinction, through which other educational institutions can certify their levels of promotion of this comprehensive health perspective.
Our environment is expanding and evolving with new spaces that inspire us because they promote new ways of learning, diversify perspectives, and develop critical thinking.
This way, we keep moving towards the future.
