This course aims to apply, in a differentiated manner, basic strategies for the handling of a psychological interview, based on the comprehension of its theoretical principles and the awareness of the interpersonal relationship that supports it.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze the process of maritime, air and land customsclearance under the regulatory framework established by the Customs Law and the General Rules on Foreign Trade. They will also analyze different export promotion programs and the legal framework and means of customs control by the authorities and procedures to file appeals.
