This course aims to describe the general linguistic background, origin and functions of terms, as well as their transcendence, origins of the concepts, morphological elements of Latin and Greek and most common medical terminology.
The aim of this course is to discuss the importance of learning and the factors involved in the relevance of motivation to bring about learning, teaching methods, the teaching-learning process, learning objectives and application of taxonomy in assessing teaching aids and techniques, for the purpose of promoting health and disease prevention.
This course aims to analyze the theoretical elements of education, teacher characteristics and theories of self-care, educational exchange and programming for health education application purposes.
The aim of this course is to review the theoretical elements necessary to provide nursing care to women in the preconception period, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn care and in the most common complications occurring in this period.
At the conclusion of this course, students will have consolidated the construction of their knowledge and skills in the Emergency , Internal Medicine, General Surgery and epidemiological research areas, through direct participation in the health care processes to achieve a high level of competence in diagnostic and therapeutic decisions (resolving capacity ) and research on the most common health problems in these areas, besides consolidating a position of service and professional ethics.
At the conclusion of this course, students will have consolidated the construction of their knowledge and skills in the areas of obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, Family Medicine, and research seminar, through direct participation in the health care processes to achieve a high level of competence in diagnostic and therapeutic decisions (resolving capacity) and research on the most common health problems in these areas, besides consolidating a position of service and professional ethics.
Upon conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze the advances achieved in the various specialties dealing with health in the cycles of human life, within the spheres of their biopsychosocial environment through the review of various selected study methodologies in order to make global management protocols more meaningful.
