The course will deal with topics such as: financial institutios, instruments and their attributes and operations. Additionally, they will be analyzed and applied in practical situations in order to face the situations creating risks to SMEs.

The aim of this course is for students to understand and analyze different financing sources that enterprises have for the long and short-term, their implications and ways to obtain them. This will be carried out by introducing students to the banking intermediation systems, stock market, development funds, and international financing.
