The course's specific objectives include the following:

Students will be able to analyze and build montage structures through the application of techniques and editing styles to complete the cinematographic sense of the audiovisual discourse.

At the end of this course, students will understand and put into practice the theoretical, stylistic, and administrative components of documentary production.

This course aims to examine the changes that have entailed the transition of comunication studies towards the field of cultural studies in the context of an evolution from modernity to postmodernity

The aim of this course is for students to analyze the development of models and theoretical propositions about mass communication.  They will also be able to distinguish the adequacy or inadequacy of different theories in their application to current mass-communication phenomena.

This course aims to analyze the social context in which communication is produced and the ethical repercussions implied by this relationship.
