The aim of this course is for students to use the basic psychological counseling skills that facilitate the development of interpersonal relations between family members, based on their understanding of the theoretical approaches on the family structure and interaction patterns in order to prevent and handle, through referral, situations such as violence, disintegration, and drug addiction.

The aim of this course is for students to develop an investigation project to solve relevant problems in the clinical context in which they carry out their practicum, showing mastery of the scientific method and evidence-based psychological practice, within the frame of ethical commitment for the promotion of change and development, according to the state of the discipline, contextual challenges, use of brief-intervention techniques, teamwork, and a mixed supervision model of professional practice in real and on-line scenarios.
