This course aims to analyze the legal framework of economic competition in Mexico.
The aim of this course is for students to learn the concepts and figures that make up banking, securities, and monetary laws. Students will also be able to analyze various securities operations and the competent authorities involved in their practical application in light of urgent legislation.
This course aims to apply theoretical knowledge of commercial law to specific situations through the solution of case studies.
By the end of this course, students will get acquainted with, distinguish, and apply the different procedures established in civil procedural law. They will also be able to differentiate the acts consituting the procedures and adequate proceedings for each lawsuit.

The aim of this course is for students to practice and develop the reading comprehension skills necessary to understand legal texts and documents in English, through readings and both written and oral exercises targeted at identifying sources of law and building up a basic legal vocabulary. This will enable students to consult and include international law sources into their legal studies, particularly in the field of private law. Note: This course was registered in English and it is taught in English.
