After finishing the course, students will be able to identify and analyze relevant corporate information inside and outside the organization and design evaluation control systems and business evaluations using various data sources in order to generate organizational value.

AD 1002 Introduction to Human Capital Management

The aim of this course is for students to develop their ability to understand the bases and fundamentals of Human Capital Management in organizations in order to allow the students to visualize themselves as professionals in this area and inform them about the different areas that make up the undergraduate degree program in Human Capital Management.

AD 2020 Family Business Management

The aim of this course is for students to: (1) Understand the unique implications of managing a family enterprise. (2) Identify the contributions of family businesses to the economic development of Mexico. (3) Evaluate the key factors involved in achieving the survival of a family business in the long term.

IN 1004 Introduction to Mechanical Engineering

Students will be able to understand the application areas of mechanical engineering, the concepts involved in it, and the types of applications that they will develop along their degree program and professional development in the three areas involved: mechanical design, materials, and production processes. They will also analyze projects and applications of the three aforementioned areas to identify the elements, problems and solution. They will become acquainted with current methodologies, computer equipment, and tools used in their professional field.
