Admission process
Steps
- Be accepted into UDEM [pass the entrance exam, submit all documentation requested by the Student Information and Services Offices (CIAA)] and have a username and password to access UDEM’s Portal.
- Access the Services-Residence Halls section in the UDEM Portal and complete your application for admission.
- Select the period of your admission to the Residence Halls
- Review and update your personal information and your emergency contacts.
- Select Seguro UDEM (insurance) or enter your insurance details (medical insurance policies of public hospitals such as IMSS, ISSSTE, etc., are not accepted).
- Upload the requested documents with the required specifications. For official IDs, make sure that both the photograph and signature are included in the same document.
- Choose the payment option. Remember to check the dates.
- Preselect your room. If you wish, you may choose your roommate. The student you select will have 48 hours to make his/her reservation and be assigned as your roommate.
- Download the Residencias UDEM contract, print it and sign it (it must bear your signature and the signature of your father or legal guardian) and submit it at the time of your admission to Residencias UDEM.
