EM 3210 Nursing Management II

The aim of this course is for students to conduct a situational diagnosis of a service by analyzing methods of personnel evaluation, quality of care, and procedures, as well as the methodological techniques of work organization and human resources that underpin the basis for developing a work program.

EM 3200 Nursing Research I

The aim of this course is for students to be knowledgeable about and apply each step of research, its importance within the nursing discipline, the scientific method and their integration to achieve the professional growth of nursing practice, by developing a research proposal.

EM 3093 Geriatrics

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to recognize the main characteristics of the most common ailments and diseases affecting the elderly in order to implement high-quality, safe interventions through the nursing care process addressed at geriatric patients.
