If your grade point average is excellent, you have high financial need and you are part of the Jewish community, you can apply for the CIMAC-UDEM Scholarship. 

What do you need to apply? 

  • Be a member of the Jewish community.

  • Have a cumulative high school grade point average of at least 85* at the time of entering application for financial aid, within the established deadlines. You must maintain or improve that grade point average upon completion of your studies.

  • Complete UDEM’s admission process and be accepted as a student.

  • Obtain a minimum score of 1,100 in UDEM’s entrance examination, and at least 500 points in each area, excepting the following undergraduate degree programs:

    For the undergraduate degree programs in Medicine, Surgery, and Midwifery, and Dentistry and Dental Surgery you need 1,200 points, and at least 550 points in the verbal area and 600 points in Mathematics.

    For the undergraduate degree programs in Humanistic and Religious Studies, Philosophy, Sociology, Humanistic and Social Studies, Literature, Political Science and Governance, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design, Law, and Economics, you need 1,200 points, and at least 550 points in the verbal area and 600 points in Mathematics.

  • Have verifiable high financial need.

 

*If you studied high school at one of the Prepa UDEM units, the minimum required grade point average is 80. 

What are the benefits?

How can you apply?

  1. You must be a suitable candidate to receive this financial aid. 

  2. Submit the application for financial aid within reception period: attach a copy of the documents requested in the application, and complement it if you are in one or more of the following family situations:

Submit the application for financial aid and the corresponding documents at the Center for Information Services and Student Services (CIAA), situated on the first floor, west side of the Main Administrative Building (Rectoría) within the following hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (by appointment only).
