At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to apply and implement strategic and analytical thinking for the internationalization of a company. Additionally, they will know how to explain the different tools and programs developed by the private sector, the public sector, and international organizations for implantation and strategic control.

At the conclusion of this course, students will have become acquainted with the international trade agreements signed by Mexico and they will be able to analyze and utilize those agreement, thus identifying business opportunities with different countries.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze the economic, industrial and business structure of countries which are members of the European Union. They will research the regulations these countries' have on foreign trade, access to their markets, and the attraction of foreign investments.

At the conclusion of this course, students will recognize managerial logistics as a tool that provides a comparative advantage. They will be able to describe the way in which the supply chain permits the management and implementation of competitive strategies in a company in an international market.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze the economic, industrial and business structure of countries like China, Japan, India, Thailand, South Korea, and Taiwan. They will research and be able to explain the regulations these countries' regulations on foreign trade, access to their markets, and the attraction of foreign investments.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be acquainted with the business opportunities presented by different geographical areas based on their specific economic, demographic, political and cultural features.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze the interaction between economics and politics in order to describe the current economic world order, examine the roles of state and market in the international monetary and financial system considering international trade and regional integration.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to distinguish the different historical stages of the Mexican economy as the source of its current economic structural flaws and problems, as well as of Mexican personality. This knowledge wll enable students to analyze new economic perspectives.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to describe the theoretical foundations and the procedures applied in practice to promote regional development, which will enable students to systematically understand the problems of a particular region and possible regional development strategies.

By the end of this course, students will be able to calculate beam deflections. They will also be able to design reinforced concrete beams, prestressed concrete beams, slender columns and biaxial bending columns. Aditionally, they will analyze and dimension concrete structures subjected to live loads, dead loads, earthquakes, and the wind.
