Upon completion of this course, students will be able to graphically generate information design contents related to texts, books, the web, presentations, and graphics, as well as to properly use 2-D information systems. This will be achieved through a course that links theory with the implementation of the knowledge acquired analyzing it and discussing it as a group.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to do professional studio photo shoots of various 3-D objects in order to generate the photographic material of the projects which will be carried out throughout their career to be integrated into their portfolios.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to determine the basic techniques and methodologies necessary for basic animated graphic design and creation, as well as to describe storyboards using rhythm, sequence and continuity for the different media, television, cinema, and online.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to analyze the evolution and use of typography, as well as its relationship with different theories related to classical, art nouveau and post-modernism trends through contextual exercises for the purpose of applying aesthetic writing skills to the publication of any type of media texts, whether printed or digital.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to interpret statistical information contained in various information sources in both their professional and daily-life contexts, for the implementation of identity proposals using different graphics platforms.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to understand and apply the techniques and methods of artistic printing. They will also become acquainted with commercial printing methods and with materials and techniques, selection of paper, and binding methods in order to evaluate appropriate means for the actual production of graphic design projects.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to apply acquired knowledge of video implementation using graphic and conceptual aspects to give continuity to narrative; as well as the technical aspects of editing, tools and equipment, involving suitable computer programs. The course aims to train students in the application of digital video to creative ideas which involve motion and sound.

Upon completion of this course, students will become acquainted with the historical and social development of typography, its application as a communication element, its parts and meaning in human language in order to apply it to any kind of published message, whether in print or electronic media. This will be achieved through research and practical exercises that apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during the course.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to use the practice and theory of signs, symbols, signals, and markings as regards form and use in communication and identification of a given entity in order to understand and properly apply basic identity design.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to understand the different aspects involved in pre-printing, including the software, elements, inks, layout, and finishes that play a role in the correct configuration of pre-press digital files.
