(4) Acquire basic knowledge of garment construction and all the possibilities to form a variety of silhouettes around the body with different fabrics. (5) Become acquainted with different types of knitting. (6) Start developing their own design style.

This course aims for students to learn about searching for fashion trends in the world wide web and about researching inspirational themes in various media, as well as the history of fashion and the different types of garments which are part of female attire, for later application in design projects.
