The aim of this course is for students to develop the professional skills of an organizational psychologist in practical areas to apply organizational intervention competences such as the training, evaluation, consulting and development of the human resources of an organization.
The aim of this course is for students to: (1) Be able to describe and practice the psychological assessment process through the use of various sources. (2) Build and assess ideal instruments to gather and process information on the stated problem. (3) Develop abilities, knowledge and attitudes concerning a psychologist's competences, such as interpersonal relationships, research, evaluation and intervention in business scenarios.
The aim of this course is for students to be able to integrate the learning of interpersonal relations, research, assessment, and intervention competences acquired throughout the undergraduate program, in contexts that test the levels of responsibility and methodological skills of searching, processing and use of information in the design of problems and their solutions, as well as in the application of techniques adapted to specific situations.
This course aims to incorporate students to programs offered in the private sector for the purpose of developing and strengthening their professional competences, under the supervision of a professional psychologist.
