The aim of this course is for students to and analyze the concept of criminal law, with emphasis on its historical background and the main criminal law entities.
By the end of this course, students will be acquainted with and understand the origin of law and the main stages of the historical development of the Roman, Germanic, and Canon legal tradition and its influence on the current legal system.
