The Master in Business Management (MBM) will provide you with skills, knowledge, and tools to formulate and implement business practices that contribute to the productivity and competitiveness of organizations, as well as evaluate the conditions of the business environment to identify opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship, and methodologies to execute them agilely.

Additionally, this program offers the opportunity to personalize your experience by choosing elective courses from the specializations in Marketing Strategies and Commercialization and in Business Competitiveness and Innovation.

  • Methodologies for innovation in products, services, processes, business models, human capital management, and evaluation of performance and financial situation of companies.
  • Interpretation and evaluation of organizational financial situations and performance.

  • Tools for designing and implementing financial products and services.

  • Designing marketing strategies to innovate in new product creation.

  • Evaluation of competitive environments of institutions.
