Description
The Bachelor of International Finance (LFI) program responds to international trends and to the needs of the industry with professionals who are skillful at the application of techniques for data visualization and analysis to make intelligent financial decisions that create value for businesses.
An LFI is an expert in the optimum use of economic resources, with a command of the national and international financial system. An LFI reduces uncertainty and volatility in financial operations, manages investment funds and estates, and masters corporate finance concepts and applications that enable him/her to identify opportunities and maximize organizational value.
Objective
The objective of the Finances degree is to train you as an upright leader, committed to the generation of business value, expert in the implementation of economic-financial models and methodologies that allow you a full command of the national and international financial system.
Student Learning Outcomes
- You will manage financial risks through the use of derivative instruments, which will allow you to reduce uncertainty and volatility in operations.
- You will implement computing techniques and routines related to data management and the use of quantitative models to make strategic financial decisions.
- You will identify trends in the national and international financial markets through the use of information technologies in order to optimize resources.
- You will master corporate finance concepts and applications that will allow you to identify opportunities in order to maximize organizational value.
- You will have a command of information technologies through the use of specialized software and platforms that will allow you to demonstrate that you are competitive and at the forefront of your field.
- You will understand facts and the world financial situation through documentation and research, which will allow you to develop a current, ethical vision of the business world.
Bachelor’s degree in International Finance with Recognition of Official Validity of Studies (RVOE) granted by the Secretariat of Public Education dated March 1, 2021, in accordance with agreement 20210420. Effective as from November 2020.
