2020

La Universidad de Monterrey figura en el Latin America University Rankings 2020 de la organización Times Higher Education (THE), que mide el desempeño de universidades en todo el mundo. Se encuentra en el Top Ten de Universidades de México y en el apartado 101-125 de Latinoamérica.

2019

Por su calidad, el MBA de la UDEM fue reconocido por la Association of MBAs (AMBA, por sus siglas en inglés).

2019

Prepa UDEM es la única preparatoria privada en México en contar con las tres acreditaciones para bachillerato: la del Padrón de Calidad del Sistema Nacional de Educación Media Superior, la del Programa de Diploma del Bachillerato Internacional y la del Programa de Orientación Profesional del Bachillerato Internacional.

2018

La Escuela de Negocios se colocó en el segundo lugar de México y el primero de la categoría 4 Palmas, en el ranking de EdUniversal, con sede en Francia.

Gracias a la excelencia académica demostrada en el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales, la Escuela de Negocios fue acreditada por la Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), convirtiendo a la UDEM en la cuarta institución mexicana en obtener la certificación y la única en Monterrey en tener reconocidos los niveles de licenciatura y posgrado.

2017

La UDEM se colocó como una de las mejores universidades menores de 50 años, de acuerdo con el ranking internacional QS Top 50 Under 50.

2017

Thanks to our sustainability strategy, UDEM is now a silver-level institution according to the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE).

2016

At the international level, UDEM receives 4 stars in the QS Stars rating system, (Rating QS Stars), earning a top rating of 5 stars in the Teaching, Employability, Social Responsibility, and Internationalization categories.

 

UDEM became the first higher-education institution outside the United States and Canada to earn bronze-level recognition from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE).

2014

UDEM is designated as the first Changemaker Campus in all northern Mexico by international organization Ashoka, a leader in social enterprising and social innovation. Through its Ashoka U program, it has identified 25 major universities worldwide which have a high social impact on their communities.

2013

The Monterrey city council grants UDEM the Monterrey Medal for Ecological Merit.

2012

The Nuevo León state government, through its Secretariat of Sustainable Development, grants UDEM an award for its contribution to the mitigation of CO2 emissions, as part of the 2010-2015 Nuevo León Action Program for Climate Change.

 

The National Student Sport Commission of Private Institutions (CONADEIP) recognizes UDEM as champion in Youth categories A and C for the 2012-2013 cycle.

2011

The association Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, NASPA, grants UDEM the Best Practice Award in the category Philanthropy for its program “UDEM helps: developing a citizen participation program.”

 

The Nuevo León state government, through its Secretariat of Sustainable Development, grants UDEM an award for its contribution to the mitigation of CO2 emissions, as part of the 2010-2015 Nuevo León Action Program for Climate Change.

The Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, NASPA, grants UDEM the International Practice Award for its project "Wharton Leadership Ventures at UDEM: building multicultural leadership thru adventure".

 

The Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, NASPA, grants UDEM the International Best Practice Award for its program "Global Leadership Program at Panama".

 

The National Student Sport Commission of Private Institutions (CONADEIP) recognizes UDEM as champion in Youth Category C and as runner up in Youth Category B, in the 2009-2010 cycle.

The Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, NASPA, grants UDEM the International Best Practice Award for its project "I-Link: a student group that contributes to the internationalization of the student environment on campus".

 

UDEM receives the Andrew Heiskell Award for Innovation in International Education from the Institute of International Education (IIE).

The Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, NASPA, grants UDEM the Silver Excellence Award and the International Best Practice Award — in the category International Programs—, for its UDEM Leadership Development Model.

 

The Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, NASPA, grants UDEM the International Practice Award, in the category Philanthropy for the program “Missions in Africa.”

2005

The National Chamber of the Construction Industry and Cementos Mexicanos give UDEM an award in the category “Institutional Design and Construction” for its Main Administrative Building (Rectoría).

2004

The Nuevo León Association of Architects (Colegio de Arquitectos de Nuevo León, A. C.) grants UDEM an award in the category “Institutional Architectural Design” for its Main Administrative Building (Rectoría).

1999

The National Chamber of the Construction Industry and Cementos Mexicanos give UDEM an award in the category “Best Concrete Work” for its Community Center building.

 

The Nuevo León Association of Architects (Colegio de Arquitectos de Nuevo León A. C.), grants UDEM an award in the category "Crystal Calli" of Education, for its Community Center.

1995

The National Chamber of the Construction Industry and Cementos Mexicanos grant UDEM awards in the categories “Best Concrete Work” and “Best Institutional Design” for the San Pedro Unit of Prepa UDEM.

1993

The National Chamber of the Construction Industry and Cementos Mexicanos grant UDEM awards in the categories “Best Concrete Work” and “Promoter of Private Works” for the library building on campus.
