You will analyze and solve legal-fiscal cases through conceptual and practical foundations. You will provide well-aimed counsel on national and international fiscal affairs. You will develop the ability to analyze, summarize, construe, and argue fiscal problems with a sense of ethics and responsibility.

You will be able to counsel the company concerning its incorporation, organization, and control, covering the most important aspects resulting from international economic openness and the ever-changing competitive environment, contributing legal certainty to decision making.

You will learn the main theories of legal argumentation in the different fields of Law and you will be able to analyze them. Furthermore, you will be able to analyze procedural law in oral litigation in Mexico, from Criminal Law, comparing it to other countries’ systems.

The bachelor’s program in Law allows you to pursue a degree with a concentration in Corporate Law. Throughout your studies, you will take more than 40 courses whose content deals with the Legal Sciences exclusively and more than 12 courses with content from the concentration in Corporate Law. Out of the courses that make up your curriculum in this program, more than 15 are practical in content and Catedra Laboris, linking you to the professional environment.

The bachelor’s program in Law and Public Administration (LDF) allows you to pursue a degree with a concentration in Public Administration. Throughout your studies, you will take more than 40 courses whose content deals with the Legal Sciences exclusively and more than 12 courses with content from the concentration in Public Administration. Out of the courses that make up the curriculum in this program, more than 14 are practical in content and Catedra Laboris, linking you to the professional environment.

During the undergraduate program in International Relations (LRI), you will learn to design strategies and projects that have a global impact. You will also analyze the international reality in all spheres.
